Packing list includes: Beach towels, slippers, extra warm clothing, extra warm socks, bathing attire, neoprene socks or water shoes. Yoga attire, outdoor activewear. Journal, and your favourite books. Warm outdoor wear. Water, food and snacks.

All programming at Cold Camp is optional and an invitation. You are not required at any of the programming, and may choose to spend your time how you wish.

Each chalet is equipped with a full kitchen for all guests to bring their own food according to their dietary requirements. Unless otherwise stated on your program, Cold Camp does not come with food and beverage. There are snacks, coffee and water bottles available in the Tea Room cabin.

Yes. Pets are allowed provided that they are friendly with other pets, will not cause noise issues for neighbours, and are well behaved.
We charge a small additional fee for bringing your pet as units require additional cleaning.

A private chalet. When booking you will have the option to pick between a Queen Studio plus Den, a Queen Jr. Suite, or a Two Bedroom Suite. The Queen Studio plus Den has a queen bed and a futon; the Queen Jr. Suite has a queen bed and a sofa bed; and the Two Bedroom Suite has a king bed, a double bed, and a sofa bed.
All chalets have a full kitchen: microwave, stove, oven, fridge, sink, dishware, pots/pans, cutlery, kettle, and coffee maker.
All chalets have a full bathroom, as well as linens, blankets, and towels.
All chalets have satellite TV, wifi, and a screened in porch facing the woods.

If your car does not have winter tires or four wheel drive, you can still drive to Cold Camp. In extreme conditions, if your car does not have winter tires or four wheel drive, we will ask you to park at the top of the hill at the beginning of the property and we will shuttle you the last 100 meters in our vehicles. At certain times in the winter the steep hill can get icy and cause issues getting out for cars that are not properly equipped.

There is no scheduled shuttle service, however, a ride in a carpool shuttle can be arranged to travel to and from Toronto. Please email info@stayunbounded.com for details on shuttle registration.

Drinking water is treated, tested and safe to drink. There will be two courtesy 2L bottles placed in your room in addition to this.

There are no laundry machines in our chalets. Please plan accordingly.

Yes. Cold Camp is something that many attendees prepare for however many attendees have also begun their journey with Cold Camp. It is an introduction like no other experience.

Consult our waiver and your doctor for contraindications, considerations and informed decision on whether to participate in Cold Camp activities. All activity is assumed at one’s own risk.

Havelock has all the basics that one would need to ensure a beautiful stay. The local area provides a gas station, Foodland grocery store, LCBO, local bakery, pizza restaurant called The Station, Tim Horton's, Subway, Home Hardware, and a pharmacy. The nearest hospital is 30 minutes away in Campbellford.

You can book a solo chalet and then post on the community portal if you are looking for a roommate, or email in to info@stayunbounded.com to put the word out. If you are able to find a roommate then we can adjust the pricing to accommodate.

Your booking includes a private chalet for 3 days & 2 nights, all your programming, Unbounded swag, tea/coffee/beverages/fruit/snacks in common cabins, use of all amenities including hot tub, red light therapies, and PEMF mat.

Cold Camp weekends fluctuate between 12 to 20 people, depending on the weekend. Our focus is on creating intimate experiences. Friendships and bonds are formed in a tight knit group during challenges and discomfort, and we still want to allow enough space to connect with ourselves when we seek solitude.

There is wifi at Cold Camp. We do encourage those experiencing Cold Camp to disconnect from the day to day inviting those attending to place their phone on airplane mode and simply utilize it to document their experiences. The wifi is installed and available throughout the property.

The minimum participation age at Cold Camp is 18 years old.

The 50% Deposit is non refundable. Full Refund for your booking if cancelled 90 days or more prior to check-in. 50% refund if cancelled between 45 and 90 days prior to check-in. No refund if cancelled less than 45 days prior to check-in. In the event of a no-show, the booking will not be refunded.
