Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Unbounded’s Cold Camp. By booking and staying at our wellness retreat, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after full payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse any booking.

1.2 Payment: A minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% is due at time of purchase. Full payment at the time of booking will ensure you secure your reservation. We accept credit card, PayPal, and e-transfers.

1.3 Cancellation Policy:

  • 50% Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund, minus processing fees.

  • Cancellations made between 45 and 90 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 45 days before the arrival date will not be refunded.

  • In the event of a no-show, the booking will not be refunded.

1.4 Changes to Booking: Any changes to your booking must be requested at least 45 days before the scheduled arrival date. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are subject to availability.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

2.1 Check-In: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. Please notify us in advance if you will be arriving late.

2.2 Check-Out: Check-out time is 12:00 PM on the day of departure. Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.

3. Use of Facilities and Programming

3.1 Programming: Our wellness retreat offers various programs and activities. Participation is voluntary, and you acknowledge that you are responsible for your health and well-being during the retreat.

3.2 Health and Safety: By participating in our Programming, you confirm that you are physically fit and able to participate in the activities. You agree to inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements before your arrival.

3.3 Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participation in certain activities may involve inherent risks. By participating, you assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur.

4. Chalet Use and Conduct

4.1 Chalet Occupancy: The maximum occupancy of each Queen Chalet is limited to 2 guests. The maximum occupancy of each Two Bedroom Chalet is limited to 4 guests.

4.2 Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to the chalet or its contents during their stay. We reserve the right to charge for any repairs or replacements.

4.3 Noise and Conduct: We ask that all guests respect the peace and tranquility of our retreat. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in early termination of your stay without refund.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1 Personal Information: We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a booking, you consent to the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5.2 Security: We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, but we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to us over the internet.

6. Liability

6.1 General Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your stay at our retreat.

6.2 Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or pandemics.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

8. Amendments

8.1 Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
